Mt. Zion consists of two buildings called Phase I and Phase II, welcomes individuals 62 or older or, 50+ years and disabled.
Rent is based on your income, so no matter what your income is, it is affordable.
We want to try to make life on a fixed budget much easier to live with.

For your enjoyment purposes we present residents with two community rooms available for private
use or simply for a place to gather and meet new friends.
